We build and support on
Most firms either sell you strategy decks or bodies to fill seats. We do the work and stay on the hook for the outcome.
Migration, modernization and the unglamorous cost work that follows.
The part of AI that survives contact with your actual data.
Production databases kept fast, secure and genuinely restorable.
New builds and the careful untangling of systems you already run.
Defensible security, documented well enough to pass an audit.
Vetted specialists who plug into your team, not a résumé firehose.
Day-to-day IT handled, so your people stop being the help desk.
IntelliAI IT Services Inc is newly incorporated — and we think that works in your favour. You get senior attention, direct access to the people doing the work, and pricing that hasn’t been padded to carry three layers of account management.
We’re deliberately selective about how many engagements we take at once. If we can’t staff yours properly, we’ll say so.
Every engagement follows the same shape, whether it’s a two-week assessment or a year of managed support.
A 30-minute call, then a short written assessment of what you have and where it hurts.
A fixed proposal: deliverables, timeline, price and who does what. No surprises later.
Weekly demos and a shared board. You always know what shipped and what’s next.
Documentation, training and access transferred to you — then ongoing support if you want it.
It depends on scope, but we quote before we start. Short assessments are typically a fixed fee; managed support is a flat monthly rate per user or device; project work is either fixed-price or a capped time-and-materials budget. You’ll never get an invoice you haven’t already seen the shape of.
Almost certainly not. Much of our work is with companies between 10 and 250 people who have outgrown ad-hoc IT but don’t need a full internal department yet.
Both models are common. We often act as the specialist layer beside an internal generalist team — handling cloud, security or data work they don’t do day to day — and we’re equally happy running IT end to end.
Both, deliberately. Some clients want a problem solved; others want a vetted engineer for six months. We do the first and can staff the second, which means we don’t push you toward whichever one we happen to sell.
Nothing. The first call is a conversation, not a pitch, and we won’t ask for anything beyond your time.
Tell us what’s slowing you down. We’ll give you an honest read on whether it’s worth fixing, what it would take, and roughly what it costs.
