Information you give us. When you submit the contact form or email us, we receive the details you provide — typically your name, company, email address, phone number, the topic you selected and the content of your message.
Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider processes standard technical request data such as IP address, browser type and requested page in order to serve the site and protect it from abuse. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.
Cookies. This website does not set cookies for analytics, advertising or profiling. Our hosting provider may set strictly necessary cookies for security and load balancing.
How we use it

- To prepare proposals and, if you become a client, to deliver and support the work
- To review job applications sent to our HR address

Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers who help us operate, and only as needed — for example our website host, our email provider and our accounting software. These providers are bound to protect the information and to use it only for the services they provide to us.
We may also disclose information where required by law or to establish or defend legal claims.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don’t become engagements are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted. Client records are kept for the duration of the engagement and for as long afterwards as our legal, tax and professional-insurance obligations require. Job applications are kept for up to 12 months unless you ask us to remove them sooner.
Security
We apply the same practices we recommend to clients: encrypted transport, least-privilege access, multi-factor authentication on business accounts and encrypted storage of credentials. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep the risk proportionate and low.
Please do not send passwords, API keys or other credentials through the contact form or by unencrypted email.
Your rights
You may ask us to give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you, correct it if it’s wrong, or delete it where we don’t have a legal reason to keep it. You may also ask us to stop sending you anything. Email info@intelliaiitservices.com and we’ll respond within 30 days.
Depending on where you live — for example California, or the EU/UK — you may have additional statutory rights. We honour those requests regardless of where you live.
Children
This website is intended for business use and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from them.

If we change this policy we’ll update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted on the site.
