Say the true thing
Including when it costs us the sale. If your problem needs a $40/month tool rather than a project, we’ll say so.

IntelliAI IT Services Inc was incorporated in the United States to do technology consulting the way it should have been done to us: senior people, clear scope, and advice that isn’t bent by what we happen to be selling.
Anyone who has bought IT services knows the pattern. A polished pitch from a partner you never see again. A project team that turns over twice before go-live. An invoice with line items nobody can explain. And at the end of it, a system only the vendor understands.
We started IntelliAI to run the opposite play. Small, senior teams. Scope agreed in writing before work begins. Documentation handed over as a deliverable, not sold back to you later. And a standing willingness to tell a client that the thing they asked for isn’t the thing they need.
The AI in our name isn’t decoration. Applied properly, it takes real work off your team’s plate — document handling, support triage, reporting, knowledge retrieval. Applied badly, it burns a budget and produces a demo. We only propose it where the second outcome is unlikely.
These aren’t posters on a wall. Each one is something a client can hold us to in writing.
Including when it costs us the sale. If your problem needs a $40/month tool rather than a project, we’ll say so.
Deliverables, timeline and price agreed in writing before the first hour is billed. Changes are re-quoted, not absorbed silently.
Least privilege, MFA and encrypted secrets are how we build — not a hardening phase we quote separately at the end.
Code, credentials, diagrams and runbooks are yours from day one. Leaving us should be inconvenient, never impossible.
Every enquiry gets a human reply within one business day. Support clients get response times written into the agreement.
Not every problem needs a platform. We reach for the smallest solution that holds, and we’ll defend that choice to you.
Our sweet spot is organizations of roughly 10 to 250 people where technology has quietly become business-critical but nobody owns it end to end.
We work across professional services, healthcare, logistics, financial services and light manufacturing. What matters more than the industry is whether the problem is real and the sponsor is engaged.
Thirty minutes, no slide deck. Tell us the problem and we’ll tell you what we’d do about it.
